Quick answers
How does a course work?
You pay once for your course and get one credit for each of its live classes. Each class you book uses one credit.
Can I try it first?
Yes. When you first log in you get 3 free live classes to use within 14 days. They are a taste: they don't count toward a course.
When do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase. We recommend finishing in about 5 weeks.
Can I book any teacher?
Yes. You can book a seat with any teacher, as long as the session has a free seat.
What if a class is full?
Seats are first come, first served. Choose another session or another teacher.
Can I cancel a class?
Yes, at least 30 hours before the start. If a teacher moves a session, you can cancel free at any time before the new start.
How do I join a class?
Tap Join, which opens 10 minutes before the start. The class opens inside our site, in your browser.
Will I get a recording?
If the teacher records the class, students who had a seat can watch the recording. Booking asks you to agree to this.
How do I pay?
Choose Book now, log in with Google and pick your course. We chat with you on WhatsApp, help you pay, and add the course to your account, usually within a few hours.
