Questions about this course
Do I need experience?
No formal experience is required, but a regular practice helps. If you are brand new, start with the 100-hour course or the free trial classes.
What is the difference between Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa?
Hatha holds postures with a focus on alignment. Ashtanga follows a set, demanding sequence. Vinyasa links movement and breath in a creative flow. You learn all three.
Is it physically demanding?
It is challenging but accessible, and every posture has modifications. A simple daily practice in the weeks before you start helps.
Do I practise teaching?
Yes. Teaching practice starts early, with short segments, and builds up to leading a full class with feedback.
